Haley Fields
Haley was born and raised in Hanover County and attended Hanover High School and James Madison University. At JMU, Haley was a member of the Kappa Delta Pi Honors Society and earned her master's degree in Elementary Education. After graduation, she worked as a 5th grade and Kindergarten teacher in Hanover County, and in 2020, won Teacher of the Year.
After 8 years in the classroom, she decided she wanted to serve her community in a different way. In 2024, Haley became a licensed realtor and took her skills from her old life in the classroom and incorporated them into her new life as a real estate agent. Her ability to listen and communicate effectively, solve problems, and build relationships has helped her find success and provide a unique service dedicated to her client’s needs. In 2025, Haley joined the RLT due to her belief in the team's core philosophy centered on fostering a strong sense of community and building lasting relationships.
Haley married her Husband, Brandon, in 2022 and they currently live in Mechanicsville with their two daughters, Kynadee and Emersyn, and their beloved rescue dog, Chance. In their spare time, you can find the Fields Family spending time with family and friends, traveling to the beach or river, or relaxing on the couch together with a good movie and a good drink.
